This piece is over 100 years old and was cracked in transport from the dealer to my neighbor. I replaced a broken clear piece in the middle by cutting out the old lead, scraping off a lot of oxidation and soldering. While I couldn’t find a perfect match for the cracked piece, we came pretty close. With that done, I added an outer border so it can be mounted in the front door of their home. The photo with the border is a first draft (put together in Photoshop) to kickstart the border idea process. The end result was a milky green border with complimentary red corners.
